**THE MODERN STREET HEMI SHOOTOUT MADE A MISTAKE IN THIS CLASS WITH A NEWLY WRITTEN CLAUSE IN OUR OFF SEASON RULE ADJUSTMENTS THAT WAS NOT ENFORCED.  AS OF THE KENTUCKY RACE, IF HEMI OUTLAW CLASS HAD LESS THAN 4 CARS, THE ELIMINATION ROUNDS ARE TO BE BEST 2 OUT OF 3.  THIS WAS NOT DONE.  AFTER RUNNING THIS BRAND NEW CLASS FOR TWO EVENTS, THIS IS NOT PRACTICAL AND WILL BE CHANGED.  EFFECTIVE 6/22/20, IF THERE ARE LESS THAN 4 CARS, THE FINALS ONLY WILL BE BEST 2 OUT OF 3.**

THE RESULTS BELOW REFLECT HOW THE PRIZE MONEY WAS AWARDED PRIOR TO BEING MADE AWARE OF THE MSHS ERROR.  THE POINTS EARNED WILL BE ATTENDANCE POINTS ONLY.  THIS WAS A TOUGH DECISION AND WE HOPE THAT ALL INVOLVED SUPPORT OUR ATTEMPT IN DOING WHAT IS BEST.
